The Following Are the Rules Set Forth for All Characters on Blood Alchemy
1. Characters must be either canon or your own creation. We will not accept any characters from other shows, books, movies, etc. This will be counted as plagerisum.
2. Not all characters can have Alchemy skills. There are some characters that have no ability for Alchemy what-so-ever, so please try to be realistic.
3. Multiple characters are allowed, but only if you keep it to 5 and under, and also you keep all of them active.
4. Characters can not be in two places at once. In other words, if you have four characters, you can have four threads going at the same time, but if you only have one character, you can only have one thread going at any given time.
5. Under no circumstances will any character, unless specifically given person to, can have gone through the gate. This is going to be a very rare occasion in which you will be given a test in order to make sure that you're up to par for having that type of power.
6. All players trying to become a State Alchemist must PM me first before being able to state in their profile that they are a State Alchemist. You will be given a basic test in order to recieve your license.
7. Automail registration and rules are in another board, make sure you check there before applying for your character.
8. Character profiles must be addiquit. We review them very carefully before accepting or declining them. Do a good job!
9. Be creative! We don't want to see the same profile fifty times! Originallity is key to a character!
10. If we see an Mary-Sue profiles, it will be deleted. Period, end of subject. You will also get a warning from the administation. If it continues, your character privalages will be taken away from you.

The following are the rules for Blood Alchemy
General Rules
1) No harrassment of any kind is allowed. If we, the admins, hear about an harrassment, out of character, you will get banned for a day.
2) Use proper grammar and spelling so people can understand what you're saying. This rules applys especially to those who are new to role-playing.
3) No extensive swearing. This is a PG-13 roleplay, and I know that a lot of thirteen-year-olds swear alot, the admins find it offensive and unnessicary.
4) No hacking into other people's accounts. If we hear that you are hacking into someone else's account, we will ban not only your account, but also your IP adress.
5) Never give out your password to people you don't know or trust. If people are forcing you or pushing you to give them your password, inform one of the admins, and we'll take care of it.
6) When out of character don't start fights. We do not want to deal with a bunch of attitudes that no one wants to deal with. If you have a serious problem with a person, either take it to private messages or inform one of the admin.
7) Treat everyone with respect. Including the newest people who are just getting into role-play or those who are not good writers.
8) Treat other how you wish to be treated. Don't be a bitch if you don't want to get a bitchy attitude back.
9) No plagerism. If you take someone's idea, you are breaking the law, and therefore you are not welcomed on this site anymore.
Role-Playing
1) Do not go out of character, unless it's vital to the post, in which case, make sure you put an idication about the out of character information.
2) Speak as if it was your character was speaking. If your character is seven, he or she can not sound as if she just got out of college.
3) Go in posting order, and no double posting. What we mean by posting order is that if you were to start a thread, and three people join, you would go after that third person, then the second who posted, etc. Do not double post anything, even in the Out of Character sections, because you can modify your threads, and double posting is considered spam.
4) This role-play takes place in third point of view. Do not use I or you, unless speaking to some one.
